What to expect on your first visit:

At Positively Chiropractic, our examination procedures are geared toward detection and correction of the "Vertebral Subluxation" (click on this link for more information on subluxations). The procedures we use are therefore specifically selected for your spine and nervous system health. There are a couple of things that you should expect when you have a first visit at our clinic.

We will introduce you to our office, explain the science behind how chiropractic works, and you will receive a full chiropractic evaluation with one of our Doctors. Our Examination consists of a thorough spinal and nervous system examination which includes a digital postural assessment and the latest Insight scan technology. The Insight system measures nervous system function by assessing your neuromuscular energy, paraspinal muscle activity and segmental skin temperature to identify areas of irritation and inflammation.

The results of each of these tests will be explained to you at your Doctor's Report. However, it is important to note that this examination helps scientifically understand the subluxation processes going on in your spine. It also gives us a baseline for current function so we can accurately measure you progress through care. Using these examination procedures is much more accurate than just depending on "how you feel" on any given day.

At this office, our objective is to see you return to health by removing interference to your nervous system. With this interference removed, the body can move better, function better, but most importantly it can HEAL better!
